About the Owner

Lendell Keene began his career in industrial maintenance with Brown & Root in 1974, working on critical equipment crews (installation, start-ups, and maintenance) in various plants throughout the Texas Gulf Coast.
After a stint with Alfred Conhagen in the early 1980s as a turbomachinery mechanic, he went to work in 1985 on the ground floor of Revak Enterprises in LaPorte, Texas.  As the company rapidly grew and eventually divided into multiple specialty companies (Revak Turbomachinery Services, L-Mart International, Revak Controls, Revak Precision Bearing, and Turbo Storage Services) Lendell rose up the ranks from turbomachinery mechanic to Vice-President and Operating Manager of the Revak group of companies.
In January of 2008 the Revak companies were acquired by Hoerbiger Service Inc., a large international corporation desiring to expand their market offerings into the rotating equipment industry.  Lendell continued his role as Vice President and Operating Manager of the Revak facilities, and later was promoted to the position of Gulf Coast Regional Manager over Revak and five additional Hoerbiger facilities outside of Revak.
After 25 years at Revak, in May of 2010 Lendell chose to leave the corporate world to pursue his dream of “being his own boss.”  His passion for and experience in hands-on turbomachinery procurement and re-application made it a natural business for him to gravitate to, giving him the ability to service customers’ needs on a one-to-one basis.  Lendell holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree from LeTourneau University.
